Application Analyst - Arcus Global

Salary: £300 - £350 per day

Location: Luton

A local government application analyst for an Arcus Global implementation is required to bridge the gap between public sector business needs and technology. You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and maintaining mission-critical SaaS platform (built on Salesforce) for services like Licensing, and Environmental Health whilst the council transition from their old platform to the new Arcus global solution.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities during the project life cycle involve:

System Configuration: Mapping processes, customizing user interfaces, and setting up workflows and document templates within the Arcus platform.
Data Migration: Cleansing, extracting, and translating data from legacy systems into the Arcus schema.
Integration & GIS: Working with corporate Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and setting up API connections with legacy systems.
Testing & Training: Conducting unit testing, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training council officers.
Business Analysis: Identifying areas for process improvement to help the local authority maximise digital efficiency and citizen self-service.
Post-Go-Live Support: Acting as a subject matter expert for 2nd and 3rd line support, managing system administration, permissions, and handling BAU (Business As Usual) queries.
