Celebrating 6 years of Connect2Luton

As another year of Connect2Luton rolls around, we want to take the time to look back at everything we have accomplished.

Since 2020 and over the past year, the team has worked tirelessly to connect candidates with opportunities, work with the local community to help with their needs and build strong relationships with Luton Council and individuals across the whole Luton area.

This six-year mark isn’t only about celebrating Connect2Luton, it allows us all to look back at our achievements and our journey so far.

Over the past six years, Connect2Luton has helped hundreds of people take the next step in their careers, whether through temporary assignments, permanent positions or specialist opportunities across a range of sectors.

As a recruitment agency owned by Luton Borough Council, we're proud to play an active role in supporting local employment and helping people find work close to home. Through our partnerships with local organisations, educational providers and community groups, we've worked to create opportunities that benefit both residents and businesses alike.

One of the most rewarding aspects of our work has been

Throughout the past six years, we've had the privilege of attending numerous careers fairs, job fairs and community events across Luton.
